To facilitate our client’s success, TGT is looking for a self-motivated, business-minded, growth-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Manager/Business Analyst.
About You
As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you identify business needs and analyze and document requirements while leading the project team and managing project progress, risks, and issues. You oversee and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet business goals and bring value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Develop project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and adjust project plans as needed to ensure project success
- Communicate project status and results to stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Meet clients (internally or externally) to ascertain requirements and discuss matters specifically related to the project
- Create documentation; develop and deliver end-user training
- Perform independent systems analysis, unit/system testing, and debugging
- Assist with deployment to UAT and Production environments
- Investigate functionality not currently utilized and make recommendations for future implementations

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst
- Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts (PMP designation a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year
